This project occupies two floors atop one of Vancouver’s premier towers.
Its planning and aesthetic were driven by the clients desire to create a functional relaxed family residence, to showcase an important art collection against large clean wall planes, and yet to create a warm environment for both daily living and for small gatherings and entertaining.
The base palette is very neutral, white and warm greys, set against silver carpets and pewter stone.
Juxtaposed against this palette sits the bold color field art collection, and deeper rich greys, browns and bronze in both furnishings, carpets, and accents.
The ambition is to be impactful with design, but ultimately to defer to the spectacular views of the city and ocean below.
