Graduate Architect, Environmental Designer
For Deny, each project is an opportunity to translate a client’s vision into an elegantly realized structure. Primarily focused on large-scale, mixed-use commercial developments, Deny brings a strong commercial sensibility that enhances the Shugarman team’s corporate projects. He feels successful projects come as the result of the synergy between architecture and development pro-formas, enhancing the built environment for the public while providing attractive and competitive leasing options for the developer.
Deny has served as Owner’s Representative – Design for ICE District since 2010, stewarding the Owner’s vision from the initial master planning phase. He has been responsible for directing the aesthetic design processes for multiple teams in each of the District’s assets, from initial pre-design/schematic design phases through to fruition. Deny is intimately involved at the executive level for all decision-making and utilizes his experience to help guide the ownership to successful project realization.
Deny is passionate about sustainable design, and has held his LEED Accredited Professional designation since 2007.
