This project is unusual in that it began as an office for a ‘boots on the ground’ project management department of an integrated developer. Once in construction, it was further refined to accommodate the financial and executive departments.

Situated on the top floor of a large office building, it enjoys high ceilings and expansive windows. Its aesthetic is one of down to earth simplicity and durability – reflecting the initial programming as a project management office.This is juxtaposed against simple grey floors and white walls are two sets of elements that add interest and warmth. Large dark framed divider panels of smoked glass feature transparent prints of projects in process, inspiring both clients and staff alike. The elevator and open area walls are clad in simple wooded lats that are carved to represent the curvi-linear forms of the developers prized assets.
