A high-end fitness club located in Edmonton’s ICE District. The facility includes cardio, strength areas, yoga studios, regeneration labs, a pool, hot tub, steam rooms, concierge, and change room facilities. This was an interior scope project where it was designed to be durable, easy to maintain, but exude a clear luxury feel compared to standard fitness facilities.

After an initial architect could not reach the initial project budget, Shugarman Architecture was brought in to update design for the majority of the space and lead value engineering to target the original project scope and budget in all areas including, but not limited to, change room layout modifications, reception and amenity bar design, and all specialty exercise studios.
