The Canmore Residence project underwent a complete interior renovation, including a new third floor addition to showcase the breathtaking mountain landscape. 

The 1,200 sf addition includes a new primary bedroom and bathroom, an office + lounge area, and terrace with garden and sitting area to relish in the southern exposure. 

SA+D designed the home with a Malibu feel including floors of light blonde oak, white walls, and a massive wall of glass to draw you out onto the deck. 

The result is a modern home with alight, airy, fresh feel saturated with natural light and an almost seamless connection between the inside and outside living spaces.
