As part of our ongoing work within Ice District, we were asked to redevelop an empty building into a sales presentation centre. The centre was to hold three separate users;

Temporary project management teams, a sales and marketing department for Rogers Place, and a sales centre for the Legends Private Residences.

Shugarman Architecture and Design led both the redevelopment of the building itself (which was a dilapidated 1950s structure) and the interior renovations for offices and public sales.

Consequently our scope was comprehensive and included building development and building permit work, interior programming and design for all user groups, suite layout and design, furniture selection, model coordination, and graphic coordination.
