The Spiller Road project is a two-storey commercial building in the heart of Ramsay in Calgary, Alberta.

It will house over 7,000 sf of leasable space, including community oriented commercial spaces + services.

With its prominent location on a corner site of the busiest street in Ramsay — and across the street from the historic Ramsay Elementary School — our design goal was to create a ‘community hub’ for the neighbourhood and a landmark to represent the Ramsay community.
