Shugarman Architecture + Design Inc was engaged by the City of Saskatoon to provide site analysis and conceptual renders for two potential sites in Saskatoon’s Downtown to host the new Entertainment District. The site analysis included: pedestrian access between potential arena sites, infill opportunities, public transit access connections for the cities proposed BRT,  and surrounding green space development. The conceptual renders integrated all of the aforementioned analysis to compliment a conceptual arena design that integrates traditional Saskatchewan motifs. The concept images also depict a proposed re-development of the neighbouring TCU Place Convention Centre creating a central pedestrian link within a future district.
