Project Overview

Shugarman Architecture + Design, in partnership with Olson Kundig, developed a Master Plan for The Lodge at Bow Lake (formerly Num-Ti-Jah Lodge) to transform the aging site into a premiere, luxury destination. We recently restored the culturally significant Main Lodge + 17 guest rooms and upgraded the infrastructure and support buildings using the most current environmental technologies. The intention of this revitalization is to allow future generations to have the ability to experience authentic Rocky Mountain Hospitality at this iconic location.

The guestrooms of the main lodge renovation are now complete, which offers guests a rustic contemporary design and exceptional views of the surrounding forest, lake, and iconic Bow Glacier and falls. The interior design was drawn from The Lodge’s existing materials, natural surrounding elements in the environment, and local craftsmen.
